Learning and development

Do you want to build the infrastructure of tomorrow, but don’t have a technical diploma yet? At A.Hak you get the chance to get started immediately via a recognized vocational training program. You combine learning with paid work and gain practical experience within our five areas of expertise: Distribution, Heat, Transport Pipelines, High-Voltage Connections and Trenchless Technologies. At A.Hak you learn a profession and contribute to a sustainable future.

From day one you will work on real projects – from installing heating networks in residential areas to realizing high-voltage connections for the energy transition. Meanwhile, you follow an internal training program in technology and you are intensively supervised by experienced professionals and practical supervisors. You start strong immediately with a great starting salary and excellent employment conditions.

Young A.Hak is het netwerk voor jonge professionals binnen A.Hak. Ben jij een starter of jonge medewerker? Grijp jouw kans om je kennis te verbreden, jouw netwerk uit te bouwen en actief mee te denken over de toekomst van het bedrijf. Workshops, bedrijfsbezoeken, kennissessies en informele bijeenkomsten. Met Young A.Hak werk je aan jouw persoonlijke groei én samenwerking over afdelingen heen. En uiteraard maken we ook plezier. Young A.Hak organiseert regelmatig activiteiten zoals borrels, sportevenementen en teamuitjes. Zo leer jij jouw collega’s snel beter kennen.
