Learning and development

Do you want to build the infrastructure of tomorrow, but don’t have a technical diploma yet? At A.Hak you get the chance to get started immediately via a recognized vocational training program. You combine learning with paid work and gain practical experience within our five areas of expertise: Distribution, Heat, Transport Pipelines, High-Voltage Connections and Trenchless Technologies. At A.Hak you learn a profession and contribute to a sustainable future.

From day one you will work on real projects – from installing heating networks in residential areas to realizing high-voltage connections for the energy transition. Meanwhile, you follow an internal training program in technology and you are intensively supervised by experienced professionals and practical supervisors. Young A.Hak is the network for young professionals within A.Hak. Are you a starter or young employee?
